Today was a big day in the history of Cushing's Disease. The FDA approved a new form of medication for patients that do not benefit from surgery. An injection form of the drug Significor (http://www.rxwiki.com/fda-alerts/signifor-cushings-patients-who-cannot-be-helped-through-surgery) was approved today by the FDA. Trial patients saw a decrease in cortisol levels in as short as one month.
