I'm a 34 year old mother to two adopted kiddos, one 5 and one almost 3. I have had a strange constellation of symptoms for several years, and just finally am starting to piece things together.

These are the things that ail me:
Infertility: 6 years
Rapid weight gain, 40 pounds in 3 years (not THAT rapid), stable now
Buffalo hump
Alcohol craving (if this is a version of Cushing's, it's either caused by the Cushing's or the cause OF the Cushing's)
Exhaustion (just lately... but ALL the time) Sleep 10+ hours
All weight in tummy
Recurring infections/tonsilitis. I just had my tonsils removed about a month ago
PCOS OR Nonclassical Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (doc said not to test cause treatment is the same.... now I'm thinking differently)
Hypothyroid, but stable for 3+ years
Hot ALL the time

That's all I can think of right now. Eagerly awaiting my Endo appointment in a couple of weeks!
