Atlanta, Ga Cushings or Addisons patient with high Prolactin levels and excessive weight gain.......HELP!!!!
I am very sick and I have been told that I have Addisons disease, I believe that I do not have Addisons but Cushings, I live in Atlanta Georgia and am very sick I need help and need to know where to go to have Adequate medical attention in Atlanta, I am a Medicaid patient so I cannot see expensive experts please If you know of a doctor in the emory or grady group or some safe ER I can go to when in Addisons crisis, please help me.
I am very sick and gaining weight being told that I over eat and that is why I am so overweight. This is not true if you are Cushings you know this. I am so depressed and need some assistance quick, I am in crisis now and was just removed from the hospital care because I am a medicaid patient and the hospitals do not know much about the disease and they let me go saying I was fine after an incorrect ACTH test they believed my Cortisol to be 28 but they had just given me Steroids One hour before the ACTH test this is wrong.
I am very scared and do not know what to do. Thanks for your help.
