PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY DOCTORS DON'T CARE AND I'M DYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a 36 yr old caucasian female. I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer (papillary carcinoma) in 11-2007. I was told after my pregnancy (10-2008) in 3-2009 that my cancer was gone and I would be fine. I noticed about 9 months after giving (a natural healthy live birth on 10-3-2008) that my breasts were still full of milk even though I had never breast fed. I also noticed that I was still the same weight as I was at 9 months of pregnancy 208lbs. My normal weight has always been around 145 without any exercise just naturally high matabolism and I'm 5'9. I also started to notice a big black spot of decay on one of my front teeth as  well. Up to this point I had never even needed a root canal. My endocrinologist Dr. Chioma Iweha in Peoria, AZ. ran some extensive bloodwork on me finally in 5-2009 finding that I had severely low Vit. D, 1000 times the normal prolactin hormone, severely low Vit. B-12, as well as high Human Growth Hormone, and high para-thyroid levels. She put me on 50000iu of vit D and sent me home.

Next blood work on 10-6-09 I now weigh 221 lbs. and I have 13 cavities in my mouth with peices of my front teeth that have decintegrated and fell off. I don't have any tooth pain at this time. It seems as though my teeth are rotting from the outside in. I went to dentist and he said that I was too ill for him to work on. 10-6-09 blood work was the same very high prolactin(still lactating) very low Vit-D (unchanged) Very low B-12 high para-thyroid levels and something new low Calcium levels. Still no help just promises of tests that never seem to see the light of day after they're sent to my insurance PHP ARIZONA for PRIOR AUTORIZATION (1. cortisol test in hospital) 2. due to being diagnosed with ostiopenia in 9-09 (bone biopsies not approved either). I did have an MRI in 9-09 as well and I do not have a NO PITUITARY TUMOR ( I WISH). I also had a bone scan finally in 10-09 and it came back with me having OSTOEPINIA. WHAT I'M 35 this isn't right. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO ME?

2-2010   SYNCOPE and HYPERKALEMIA 2 new symptoms. Don't worry I still am rapidly losing peices of my teeth almost daily by this point but all are still intact.
5-2010 My diagnosis at this time are SYNCOPE (daily now), HYPERKALEMIA, HYPERPRLACTOCEMIA, SEVERE MIGRAINE HEADACHE since 2000(the longest headache to date is 7-1-08 thru11-2008 lasting 72 days botox injections broke this one), HPER-PARA-THYROID, SEVERE VIT.D, VIT B-12, Calcium deficiencies, SEVERE NEUROPATHY (arms & legs), broken tailbone, L-4 bulge, CHRONIC SEVERE PAIN since 2007. I am totally disabled. I pass out while I'm eating, and on the computer. I'm getting ready to see my 4th NEUROLOGIST and I"M ON MY 4th ENDOCRINOLOGIST DR. BELITSKY IN CHANDLER, AZ . She has recently had me checked for celiacs disease NO NOT POSITIVE I was shocked. This new one is brilliant I can tell. LOL

5-12-10 ALL My teeth are starting to fall apart now. I need 6000.00 worth of work right now and YES I NOW NEED MY VERY FIRST ROOT CANAL! The dentist can't promise that my teeth won't erode around the work he does and he is uneasy given my rapid decline in health to work on my teeth. WOW I GUESS DENTISTS MUST BE HURTING LIKE EVERYONE ELSE BECAUSE HE IS NOW WILLING TO WORK ON MY TEETH FOR HALF THE 6 GRAND UP FRONT.

Just in case there really is a brilliant Doctor like Dr. House and they or hopefully YOU see this cry for help you will act. For the hell of it  I'm going to list my meds.
I take syntroid, morphine ER x3 a day, percocet for breakthrough pain x3a day, Maxalt as needed for migraine, B-12 shots and supplements(still doesn't work), 50000IU VIT.D every other day, flexeril 2x day, xanax .5 1-2 time a day, Lexapro 10mg 1x a day. I have anxiety.

I now weigh 226 and I am 77 lbs overweight (my normal weight) and I have a stellar diet and I'm actually not much of a big eater. Most days I'm too ill to leave the house maybe 2-3 times a month to go to the doctor. I can't even go grocery shopping anymore. I'm in pain 24/ 7 even with the pain killers, trigger point injections, and occipital nerve blocks. My pain level is usually at least a 5. My whole body hurts. I have muscle weakness and I can't walk or stand properly at times, I'm still lactating (got milk I DO) still no pituitary tumor. I am not depressed but If I were a betting person I say my teeth will be gone (have to be pulled out)  in about 6 months. I will also be in a wheel chair by this time that is if I"M STILL ALIVE BY THEN.

IF YOU CAN HELP ME PLEASE CONTACT ME. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO CARE FOR MYSELF PROPERLY SINCE 2007 SO IF YOU NEED MONEY DON'T BOTHER! I WILL PRAY RIGHT NOW THAT SOMEONE SOMEHOW CAN TELL ME HOW TO SAVE MYSELF AND LIVE THROUGH THIS NIGHTMARE.
