Karita, undiagnosed bio

Hello all! I'm Karita a 22 y.o Married Mother of 1.

I'm currently undergoing testing to find out what is going on with my body. I believe it's Cushing's and we started testing today.  I was told about 4 years ago that I have diabetes, it's been pretty much stable since then.

I fell Oct. of last year and broke my right ulna, and both the ulna & radius in my left wrist. Had to have two surg. and I still don't have full ROM of my left wrist b/c my muscles and bone just wont heal. For just falling, they couldn't understand how I had injuries consistant with a car crash. Thats when they started testing for Osteoporosis, sure enough the bone scan came back & I have the bones of an elderly woman. I've had excessive weight gain to my upper body, I thought just because of having a baby and going through everything with two broken arms, I bruise easily, blamed on anemia, I have a headache about everyday, no regular period, my hips ache alllll the time, i have a hump on my upper back in to my neck, and other small things that indicate to me Cushing's. I may be jumping the gun here since I'm not even done with testing, but I really feel this is the answer.

So, I've come here, to talk to everyone who does have it, to see what you say, to me you are the true experts. And I'd really like to have a support group if if comes back that I do have Cushing's. I have my family, but there is only so much you can talk to them about without them getting too worried.

Hope to meet everyone soon!
