Angela, undiagnosed bio

Hello, My name is Angela.  I was diagnosed with PCOS over 15 years ago.  I was also tested for Cushings at the same time, it came back negative.  I have every possible symptom, but my doctor let it go.  I was a teenager then and I was constantly in pain and being told to deal with it.

I have a new doctor now and she is sure that I have it, but she wants to find a doctor who knows what they are doing to run the tests.  I just want a diagnosis.  I have been having neck pain and headaches for years and I am sure at least part of the cause is cushings.

It is so frustrating knowing something is wrong, and not have a diagnosis to back up your feelings.

I am tired feeling like a hypocondriac.

Hi Angel i was also diagnosed with a pituitary tumor in March of 2011. I was telling the drs of all my unexplained symptoms for 2 years only to be told there was nothing wrong just that i was getting older and i need to exercise more and loose weight! I have gained at least 75 lbs and have not been able to loose the weight. My surgery was May 2011. I am so frustrated. I am 47 and just cannot do the things I should be to. I would love to find someone who knows how to help me!!!

Will I ever get my body back? I was diagnosed in May 2010 with a pituitary tumor. By the time the doctors figured it out I had hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, aches, pain, fatigue, recurrent MRSA infections, a weight gain in excess of 90 pounds and a huge midsection. My surgery was a success and my cortisol levels are finally normal, but the weight is not budging. Will I ever see my body again?
