I am 44 years old, married with one son. I was diagnosed with Primary Addisons in 2003 after about 10 years of symptoms (and approximately 3 crisis').

I have had allot of ups and downs and have collected autoimmune diseases along the way, but I think I am finally learning to manage things.

Other illnesses I have aquired are: Migraines, Depression, Goitre (thyroid not over or underactive), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Epilespsy, Asthmatic, Gluten Intolerant, Lactose Intolerant and Fructose Malabsorption. I had extreme difficulty having my son, which can now be related back to the Addison's. If only I knew!!

Generally it is well managed, only have issues in extreme conditions (heat and stress).
