Hi, my name is Ann,  for three months I have watched my body deterioate and not having any answers.

This week I was diagnosed with Cushing Disease.  It is a relief to know what is wrong with me, but not something I never thought would happen to me I was active and healthy all my life.  I guess I am fortunate that I was diagnosed so early.  I can' t imagine not knowing for a longer period of time.

The most frustrating things is having such a hard time getting around wanting to do something but the task is so difficult to do.  I just want to sit and rest.  My journey has just begun with this illness.

I'm relying on my faith in God and so greatful for my family who is stepping up and helping out, because at this point I'm pretty useless.

I know how you feel... I was diagnosed in March of this year, though I noticed symptoms of it starting around my freshman year of high school. I just feel useless and lazy, even though on the inside I WANT to do things...I'm thankful for a supportive family as well!
