Hi, My name is Chedder007, I am a 40 year old woman that has been having issues for quite some time now. It all started right before I became pregnant with my 4th child

The first thing that happened was my hair started falling out in unusual amounts. I am a Hairdresser, so, I kinda know a little about that. I started seeing a hair specialist, four years later....still the same problem. (That was '05) also, I started seeing a cariologist for heart palps. In December of this year I started having a terrible red face, it looked as if I had developed Lupus...Long story, Got tested for that... NOPE!

Well, I have had so many symptoms I was starting to think I was a hychondriact. Here,s my list as of to date:                                  1.Red Face   2. Extreme Fatigue  3. Joint swelling  4.Can't sleep  5. ANXIETY  6.vision blurrs at times  7. stomach pain  8.wake at 3-4 am almost every night  9.the worst memory problems  10. Bad mood swings  11. Insulin Resistance  12.reflux GERD  13. Ferritin was low 14. Periods are always late and I had an ablation (which is now after a year back to terrible) 15. feel kinda dizzy a lot. 16.heart palps in the past.

So, these are my symptoms, and after the No diagnosis for Lupus, I am seeing an Indo... He tested me and found the insulin resistance and Nothing else. I told him that I thought I had an Adrenal disorder, He said my blood work was all good and he went ahead and tested me with the 24 hr Cortisol. It came back as 47 (highest being 50) I thought FINALLY!!! well, not Finally! Then he sent me for a DEX test, that came back Normal!! Geesh! So, I told him, that can't be right. I know I have all these symptoms and I need more tests. I asked him to give me the Saliva test, which he is getting for me now. And, I showed him my Small hump on my back and, told him of my surgery I had 4 months ago, and, has not healed yet. he agreed that Cushings was a concern to him as well. He told me that it was more likely that I had PCOS Clinically. OK! WELL, that doesn't explain ALL of my symptoms. So, I am not in full agreement of that. I am waiting at this point to see what the saliva will tell.

Thanks for listening, Chedder007

2 more answers from the message boards

1. I don't know if you had them done there, but Esoterix usually takes about 6-10 days from the time they get the samples. Sometimes they take longer, though. You could always call them and ask when they'll be ready.

2. I mailed my samples State side June 1 and the results are ready today.
