The last time I actually spoke to someone was at a knitting event. I started by asking her if she was taking steroids for something. It turned out that she&#039;d been diagnosed with lupus and had gained 100 pounds in a year from the steroid treatments she was on. 
 
    * Yes, I do by telling them by story and handing out little cards with information about the disease. </description>
